We arrange everything including tenancy agreement negotiation, taking up references and deposits and ensuring that the property is compliant with all legal regulations. Once your property is rented out, our experienced property managers will oversee all aspects of the ongoing tenancy. As well as handling rent collection, we will supervise your expenses to ensure that funds are spent wisely. We have worked with our approved contractors for many years and our landlords are prioritised, so if works are required, we can organise them quickly and cost effectively. We do not charge any administration fees for this.
We also strive to build long-term relationships with our tenants, so reducing the cost and cash flow issues of unnecessary tenant changeover and ensuring that good tenants remain in place for the long term.

Most of our landlords require our full management service at 6% of the annual rent + VAT per year. Some of our landlords prefer to manage the property themselves once a tenant is in place. Lettings management service: 3% of the annual rent + VAT per year.
