We here at SP Property Group provide a seamless relocation service for senior executives, delivering expert advice and support to senior executives and their families to ensure that the relocation is a success.

Each assignee we work with has one dedicated relocation specialist who handles the entire process from start to finish, from initial area advice to the property viewings, all rental negotiations and the check-in and post-move process. Having one point of contact throughout ensures consistency and a seamless service.

As well as providing DSP services, SP Property Group we can also provide a full relocation package including orientation tour, shipping, pets, school search, settling in services, lease renewals and departure services.

For your employees who are relocating to the UK long term, SP Property Group can also provide an in-house buying service for when they are ready to put down permanent roots.

Our expertise allows us to successfully navigate the extremely difficult situations which can arise such as negotiating with unreasonable landlords, a landlord passing away 2 days before the tenancy agreement was signed, fighting our clients’ corner in competitive bidding situations and agreeing very detailed furnishing specifications.

SP Property Group are also able to help ‘sell’ the relocation proposition by providing bespoke orientation tours to give the assignee and their family the confidence to make the move. We have provided this service to numerous global mobility teams and headhunters over the years.

The process


Your employee will have a dedicated property specialist working with them throughout the entire process.


We spend a day with your employee (and their family/spouse if applicable) showing them the best properties in the right areas.


After our day of viewing properties together, your employee chooses their preferred option and we will commence the negotiation process to secure it for them on the most favourable tenancy terms including monthly rent, move in date, break clause and extension options and any special conditions required.

We are on hand until your employee is completely settled in their new home.


If you have opted for settling in services, your employee will have a dedicated settling in specialist who will work in tandem with our property specialist.
