Our settling in support team work with our clients to provide any extra support required.

General assistance

We work with clients to provide settling in assistance including:

  • arranging and coordinating removals, providing an extra pair of hands on your moving day
  • overseeing deliveries, installation and unpacking of furniture, new appliances, shopping
  • sourcing domestic staff such as cleaners/gardeners/nannies/tutors/pet sitters/dog walkers etc
  • transferring utility bills and accounts
  • reviewing telephone/broadband options and setting up the accounts
  • transferring/arranging parking permits
  • arranging home insurance
  • introducing you to the local area if you’re new to the country

For those relocating

For those relocating from abroad we also have a comprehensive Setting in Programme for expats which will help you to understand

  • Banking system & shopping – pay securely, brands comparison, the consumer rights
  • Child/infant care, extra curricular activities and holidays – babysitter services, nannies, extra help at home, tutors
