In all cases our service ensures that the buildings under our management are run efficiently, proactively and cost effectively. We ensure that buildings are compliant with regulations and legislation, and that their service charge funds are being allocated appropriately and with transparency.
We also carefully vet and select the contactors we are confident that all work undertaken will be of the highest quality. It is important to note that we do not mark up their quotes, nor do we accept referral fees or commissions on any contracts or works carried out.

Many of the lessees we act for were not satisfied with the level of communication and service they were experiencing before they switched to SP Property Group. If you would like to change your block manager, we will assist you with the process to facilitate a smooth and efficient handover.
We work with you to resolve any current issues and manage the building according to your requirements. We will make changes where needed, but keep in place any existing arrangements or service providers such as accountants, where you are happy with them.

We charge an annual management fee from £350 + VAT per flat/unit (depending on the facilities within the building). Our fees are fully transparent and we do not charge any mark-ups or accept commissions.
NB minimum annual fee applies. All fees are subject to 20% VAT.
