As well as ongoing day-to-day management of the estate, we helped implement the restructuring of the annual charges both to remedy long term under investment and to ensure future charges would be compatible with similar blocks. This made possible the collection of a large one-off payment to undertake major works, including the replacement of a 110-year-old roof.
We are also currently overseeing a + £1m roof replacement external repair/redecoration project.
