We educated them on which roads would meet their requirements and navigated them through a fiercely competitive market, with high demand from committed local buyers and limited supply due to the fact that many families stay for the long term.

As a result of our relationships with the local agents, we were discreetly notified about a potential downsizer on one the most desirable roads. We were able to secure a one off viewing for our clients and subsequently agreed an off market purchase on the basis of suggesting a flexible completion.
